LG Reveals 5 Inch 1080p FULL HD Smartphone Display

The consumer electronics behemoth that is LG Electronics has revealed an impressive new smartphone display that is expected to be housed in the company’s new smartphones in the second half of this year.
The panel is a 5 incher, features a super impressive pixel density of 440ppi, with an aspect ratio of 16:9. The display is capable of displaying true 1080p HD content.
This impressive new display seriously trumps Apple’s retina display, as well as Samsung’s 5.3 inch AMOLED 1280 x 800/285ppi/720p screens currently in phones like the Galaxy Note in terms of size versus pixel density output – the Galaxy Note camera records via 1080p – the screen unfortunately is only 720p :: Read the full article »»»»
